I’m still not sure what you ordered. I did ask that in my original reply to your review. Our beef is delivered fresh and our burgers are cooked to order, nothing sits in grease. Our beef is 80/20 our burgers are fried and seasoned with our signature homemade seasoning, which we believe delivers the best flavor. We apologize that we did not meet your expectation. Maybe flame broiled is more your taste.

Not greasy. Actual good tasting beef burger.
I dont know where you got a grease taste from since the burgers are juicy and more than likely done on a flat top. The only item I have ever had a problem with was being addicted to the house-made ranch. Maybe you should try again?
