Call, online, or visit the store and talk to a manager.
The store manager is walking the floor Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM , let him know and he adresses it immediately.
I used the online direct phone number, 1-800, and had immediate service. They called the on duty manager at that store and fixed it all while i was on the phone.

The Manager can do it. Ask for them to respond back to your complaint.
You should definitely talk to a manager about that. Very certain that you can file the complaint
