Why are the employees so rude😐

Because they don't get paid a living wage?

Because they live in absolute poverty while catering to the upper middle class

I actually have found them very friendly and professional.

It's the same as with any industry. You will have bad employees and good employees.

I found the people in the store rude! Deli counter slow! Checkout clerk very good!
