I was treated terrible by one mange that seemed to be running the service center he told off a black girl in front of me and threatened to call the police and all she did was ask him if he could get some more help at the service countter

I just don't like seeing people treated bad when I turned around to say something but didn't he looked at me and threatened me that he would shut the service center down for weather...finally there was another person come to help but it was not him that did it..this is y people are so mad about the mistreatment of the black community cause they are treated like this ..that poor lady did nothing wrong

That is so sad when management is not fully trained to work in customer service careers. Especially when they are in the moment of unfavorable realities of running the business, when the customer is asking for better service and need things that are lacking, they need to learn how to treat every customer the same regardless of the person tone or request.
