And you don't answer phone calls after,or between the hours or time @12:45 am and 2:15 am from the electronics,customer service,and pick up departments.Are you @ lunch during this time or are lines in break,even the recording says you're busy with other customers, then to,if that's the case.My hat is off to the very busy store and apologies maybe in order,and if not may I suggest during your very busy hours to have @least one person to simply answer phones,after all that's a job as well.Thank you!
