They filled a competitor's Growler for me. No problem.
They are pretty nice laid back folks. I don't think that will be a problem.
I think they might swap yours for one of theirs to prevent different yeast contaminations.
I'd be surprised and disappointed if they wouldn't, but I've never tried.
I'm almost positive they'll fill any growler
