Having a birthday party here s I type this. Not worth the experience. We have to keep going up to the counter for supplies such as plates, drinks, and basic utensils for the pizza and to cut the cake. We were to have a party host that was non-existent. There was no garbage can or bags for the pizza plates or used supplies. We cleaned up ourselves and placed stuff in the proper receptacles. Most of the arcades were broken. There were no staff around monitoring the little jumpers, the one I saw was on his phone most of the time. The climbing wall grips all spin so no one can use it. Two stars because the experience wasn’t worth the expense.

I had my daughters birthday party here... the outside is under construction they never mentioned it, the lady manager told me nothing from outside was allowed except cupcakes or cake, all other parties had balloons and table clothes, she also said there was only pizza and some chicken something that had to be ordered from papa johns, which she called and pressured me to make up my mind 3days b4 party when i told her i needed more time she said papa john told her they would be to busy to add anything if i didn't tell her 3days b4 party when i told her i was calling papa johns cause that sounded absurd she called me back and said it was wrong and wouldn't be a problem to let her know morning of party... when we get there they have a concession stand with food, again she said only food options were from papa johns!! The lady was a manager!! This party cost me almost 400$ for 12kids i would definitely go somewhere else!! It was such a cluster, im sure i forgot things

My kids love it here, and that's what we're here for!!! But you guys do need to clean those bathrooms better!!! But it's what to expect with a bunch of teenagers running the place!!!
