How is it every time I try to get off hold to somebody nobody doesn't answer but the minute I get over there they're just on their phones and just sitting there

I've experienced the same thing it's like you can't get a person to answer at all but when i went up there and posed that very question he said " it's best to email him" and he gave me his card.

I've found calling the national office to be actually productive as opposed to trying the local offices.

I can't answer that question accurately.
