So shady. Got gas right before the airport. Filled tank. From there it's 1 mile maybe to drop off. Charged 6.49 at drop off. Called to ask what charge was for... it's for fuel, they charge EVERY return at least that. As a customer you have to either buy their gas or pay this fee.... but don't tell you this at payment but evidently in the fine print. Except they guy checking you out did say "just bring it back with a full tank and you'll be fine, have a great time". Guarantee they just flip the car right around and don't bother adding 6.49 in gas to the car for the benefit if the next person. Oh and for tolls, we paid ourselves online for the plate and dates in question but got double charged by alamo.... another 31.50. My advice check your cc statement... hopefully state will reimburse, you know alamo won't.

Nadia, Nadia, Nadia! I would like to express our gratitude to Nadia for upgrading us to a bigger vehicle which is what we really needed for our two week long Route 66 trip. We just got back from a marvelous ride from Chicago to Santa Monica. Several times along the way we thanked her privately among ourselves and I’d like to thank her publicly. She made the rental experience smooth and easy and she made our trip smooth and easy as well. Thank you Nadia!

Be very careful when booking here my experience was poor which may have just been a one-time bad weekend for them but when I arrived there was a 75 minute wait 15 people waiting to check in with one person I felt very bad for the person behind the counter she had been given a task that was unsolvable me . I complain to management and they assured me they would reach out to me but they have not so just be careful when booking Alamo. The car and the service at the garage side was was wonderful but again it's 75 minutes of my life I'll never get back

The customer service agent Gio was great. When we went to pick up the car Tony was lazy to get the car and he tried to give us a downgraded car thinking we don't know. I told him that's not a full-size car. I booked and paid for a full size so get me one. That was the only minus service there. Eventually, he went and got me. Alamo is a good rental company so Tony don't let your employer down.

Once you walk out the airport there will be a shuttle bus that says Alamo on it & hop in.
Don't know. Probably part of the airport system.
We ended up ordering an Uber taxi and they picked us up at the short stay drop off.
Best case, park here and shuttle to/from the airport.
You can take bus from any terminal
Yes you can but call alamo extra you must pay te are very friendly
There are to much Option for an answer. One way rent, how far, Navi or not, insurance and so on.
Sorry I'm not sure. You should go on the website for more information. I'm sure they have a list of all the credit cards they accept.
Call them or use their website.
The deposit depends on the rent conditions. Commonly it is about $100~300.
Alamo doesn't have a specific bus , There is a bus at each terminal that takes everyone to the car rental facility.
They do not take cash or debit card. You must have a credit card with your name printed on it matching your id.
As previous answers the shuttle stops in front of each terminal and it's the one for National/Alamo. The ride is about 15 minutes.
No, it is easy to navigate to their location using other means
Its tricky. Make the quick first left when you follow signs for car rental returns.
Yes. 24/7 every 1/2 hr.
1.5 yrs ago the fee for an alternate drop off location in a different state was 150 or 175
Depends on flight time in. However at worst...early am... 1 hour.
Yes. I asked how to do that and was told to drive the pickup car through the same dropoff lane, and then exit the way a rented car would. The gate guard just raised the barrier and waved as we left.
The shuttle make stops at all of the terminals . They let you know which terminal before approaching
