Why are the workers, including manager, rude? Not at all offering assistance to customers. They don't offer to help with heavy boxes to the car.....

This is not the experience that I've had with Vin employees. I've been shopping there for years.

Same here as the other responses...the few times I've been there the staff and manager we're very friendly and helpful!

My wife and I have been shopping at Vin for decades. I have never experienced any rude behavior. We have also been offered assistance with cases of wine on numerous occasions.

The staff has always been super helpful and attentive, without being cloying, when I've been there.
