Very fast hand wash but very thorough

I wanted to love this place. They did a great job washing my car. But I have Lexus ux 250 hybrid- it's a small car. And they charged me the SUV price. My car is smaller than a Toyota Corolla. It barely fits four people comfortably and has a smaller trunk then the average car. They charged me over 20% more because it has a hatchback. And it's a nice car. Come here if you want to get ripped off. I tipped the workers and I won't be back. .

I’m so disappointed I’ve come here for years ever referred others, I just left and didn’t leave a tip because I seen my back windows WASNT clean well. Then they didn’t bother to wipe down my dash and pretty much nothing worse part is the hardly vacuumed . I won’t return

If you asked me a year ago I'd give this place 5 stars. The crew this place has now, doesn't care about giving a good service. Vehicle still dirty, Windows still dirty, and even broke the screen on the laptop in my truck. Never going back.
