TERRIBLE TEST CENTER! Never take a IELTs test at this center! Located inside the shopping center, this test site can never be used as a test site. It was so loud that I could hear the sound of EDM songs over the wall and even the lyrics. There is a hair salon right next to it. They played a song loudly there. Even before the start of the test, I told the issue to the staff twice, but the test was conducted without apology or any action in an attitude that was not her job. She looked that she didn’t care about it. It was a crucial test for me. It was so loud that I couldn't concentrate on the test. While taking the test, I asked if she could give me ear plugs because the noise was serious, but only a short answer came back saying that they did not sympathize at all. In the end, I got the worst score on this test. The staff are not friendly. It's really absurd and I'm so upset about how I'll be compensated for my time and money.

It's better place to take IELTS test that ELS. they are more organised and friendly.

I had more than four IELTS test in this institution .😅😂 in order to score overall 6 . Unfortunately, I am still struggling in 5.5. However I highly recommended you to take your first test here. Best wishes for you guys❤ and pray for me to score band 9.5 😜
