I’m a very disappointed in my experience. Today would have been my first time getting a colonic. I arrived to the location 5 mins before my 11am appointment. When i approached the desk i had to complete a form. 11am came and i was told to have a seat and that i would be called. I was told after waiting for 15 mins that I would be helped shortly. I sat patiently in the lobby but was never called. I left and told them to cancel my appointment. When I was able to book a new appointment at another company. They called and left me a voicemail to inform me that a customer arrived late to their appointment because of traffic on the expressway and that if i came back i could get 25 dollars off. This should have been told to me while i was in the establish not after I left. The customer service was unprofessional and rude. When i returned the call a man answered and was very short with me. He told me that he doesn’t have time to talk to me because he has customers but i could get a free colonic or detox. He was rude and i don’t feel comfortable coming back to this place or spending my money.

Yes had my cleanse today and it went well Robin was my person and she was amazing she explained everything to me as the process was going she made me feel like I was more in a spa treatment then a hydro therapy session will be going again already made my appointment which I had no problem getting someone to answer the phone. Everyone was so nice and professional.

First time going in the store because my husband usually go in and pick our items. The gentleman at the desk was very friendly, cyan service oriented, and very knowledgeable. I wanted something for detox and bloating. He recommended purchasing the items shown. I purchased 2 of the bottles and a level 3 powder in the box.

Hello! There is no insurance that covers the services due to it being alternative, but there is a chiropractor in the establishment that do take insurance
I had the Colonic hydrotherapy in April of this year it was such a great experience. The facility is very clean and the staff members are very professional.

We recommend to drink 2 glasses (16 ounces) of prune juice followed by 1 glass of water, the evening before the session or at least 4 hours before the session to soften the waste and reduce the gas in the colon.
