It all depends on how much you want to spend and if you have a FSA or HSA that can be used. I spent over 1k for multiple inserts, pads, for my work boots and every day shoes. I would recommend bring with you the shoes you ware the most and trying different styles and truly walk around with them in your shoes. They do have a breakdown guarantee with around $25/30 to replace them instead the full cost. They have many options depending on what you need and they will work with you on just the set up
