I had some misunderstandings with the previous staff and came into Good Feet with some apprehension. Wayne Filer took care of my problems ang gave me the proper orthotics. I found him to be excellent in diagnosis and knowledge. Wayne 's personallity is perfect for the job.

What a complete waste of time. The salesman spent more time talking about his Jordan shoe collection and how he has vintage shoes and how he plans to sell them for his retirement. The entire time he would not shut up about that. After several attempts to change subject and quit talking about the shoes he would somehow revert back to the Jordans and basketball. He kept insisting the insoles are the best and that they're worth every penny then he tells me they're $2,000 after having to ask him several times of the cost. I told him my price range was $500 max he then told me I could buy something much cheaper but it was up to me because it's my money. and he left to the back and didn't return for a while. So I got up and left.

I’m on my feet all day long doing plumbing my flat feet hurt bad where I could not move with out pain I got these arches in and let me tell I can do 14 to 16 hours again. Thank you. GOOD FEET STORE

We entered email address and phone number last night per their website to receive offer. Instead my wife received a long phone text request to (make to 2-hours plus round trip to) visit the store. I called to ask about the bait-and-switch "offer" and was told that it was $50 off total or a pair of slippers. Nevertheless my wife made the long trip to find out that the product proposed for her is a "system" of 4 sets of insoles for OVER $2,000.00 !!!
