I agree with mike. There could be a problem in the motherboard or the connection to the volume button and there wouod be a kot of troubleshooting involved. They might even have to give you a range if possible prices when you do take it in.
No way they can answer that. You need to take it in.
Mike, you are right on track. There are too many unknowns. The one biggest thing with any liquid damage is that you want to act quickly with getting it opened up and all aspects dried out. Come on by and we'll take a look for you.
