Won't answer a simple question on how long it would take to replace a Camera module. Would rather sidestep and promo their other services and talk about cost. Called into this store several times and always get the run around. Tired of dealing with these guys. Don't recommend.

I hate technology. I screwed up installing the SIM card in my new cell phone. Took it to them and they had it repaired and working in 10 minutes....and did not charge me a dime! They truly ROCK!

Took my I phone in as the charging port would not take charge. They cleaned my carving port while I waited and would not take any money. Great guys who I highly recommend. Thanks for the service guys. If you have phones, I pads or other electronics give these guys a shot.

Needed my screen replaced. It had to be ordered in but arrived the very next day and they had the screen replaced a few hours before they thought it would be done. Friendly and knowledgeable folks working and running the shop. I hope not to break my phone again but I'll be coming back for any electronic repairs needed in the future. I highly recommend this place!

They give solutions for most basic repair needs, but the best way to get this info is to either call them or go into the store.

I agree with mike. There could be a problem in the motherboard or the connection to the volume button and there wouod be a kot of troubleshooting involved. They might even have to give you a range if possible prices when you do take it in.
