Why Comcast don't have senior discount plus u can't understand the ppl over the phone my TV goes off by it self four time a day then reboot for 20mins they want send no one out ppl tell me the fire stick is the best way to go now I'm 76

Really don't know why they don't do senior discount make sure you have good connection from the outside as well as the tv.you might need to get another box.

You probably need a new cable box. I just got Firestick. It has to be programmed. There's no scrolling menu. Too much time to manipulate the remote. I'm 72, I don't recommend it but the big advantage is the lower cost.
