If you feel like you are being scammed you should take legal action. Stop shopping at Goodwill. I shop at thrift stores knowing I can occasionally find cheap stuff
It's a scam because Goodwill is not a non-for-profit organization the owner makes millions and millions and millions of dollars a year taking donations from people who think that it's going to a good cause and the only good cause it's going to his right into the pocket of the owner of Goodwill. So if you feel like you're being scammed then you're one of few people who realize that you are in fact being scammed every time you shop there
