Bicycles are not allowed beyond the parking lots.
All of these peoples answers are WRONG. Bicycles ARE ALLOWED on the all purpose, asphalt roads but not the dirt walking trails. Which is understandable.

Not sure. They didn't used to, but since it's a Metropark now, perhaps the rules have changed. Check with the Metroparks.
