I'm sure you very well could. It's a beautiful place for it. I see people getting pictures for their wedding here often. I'd call the park up and ask them about that. I'm sure they have something in place for that. You're probably not the only one wanting to get married here.
I'm sure you could do it. Parks and Rec dept is who you'd talk to about reserving the space. But it's likely you'd have to rent or provide everything for it yourself / through a service, and not the city
I haven't seen a wedding but I always see people having professional wedding pictures done here
