My question is why if I go thru the the drive at 9:30 at night and no one else is there I have to pull away from the window to wait for my food to be prepared? Then when you don't pull away from the window all the employees get a attude.want

It depends on what you order. For instance, if you ordered a fish sandwich and it is frozen they only allowed to have a few in the refrigerator so it will take a little longer to cook. Also if there are people inside ordering can slow down time as well.
