I went to the location on Woodward near 10 Mile they re-washed my car. They dried my car without leaving watermarks all over. I just feel if you pay $126.00 for a carwash you should LEAVE OVERJOYED.... with the results...maybe I am wrong....but somehow....I DOUBT IT!!!!! A few gift cards would soothe the pain?

I find any time. I have a problem with a company. The best thing I know to do is call the manager first. Then if the manager does not help resolve the issue, I have. I contact the CEO( chief executive officer) of the company. I call my local library to get the phone number address, and name. Once I get this information, I call the office of the CEO. I find being polite, and stating the issue problem I am having, they work with me to resolve the problem. This is what I do.
