You can park all day for a nominal fee. Around $10. You will want to park and walk around downtown area as there's so much to see and do aside from just the mall.

Next door at the parking lot attached to the Ripley's Believe it or not it was only a dollar 75 for the first hour and the dollar I believe they're after pretty cheap and you are so close to the mall it's got plenty of parking there it is directly across the street from the Greystone Lodge pretty much there's no free parking in Gatlinburg unless you staying at a hotel
No they don't have parking. I Usaly park for free at the Gatlinburg welcome center and catch the trolley bus up for. 50 cents per person.
