I love The Day Hiker! The shop has become one of my favorites in Gatlinburg. The shop has a variety of high quality goods and great hiking gear. Customer service was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Bought some of the Day Hiker brand trekking poles to use on a hike to Hen Wallow Falls! Made the trek out to the falls much more enjoyable! Great quality and a great price! Would shop here again!

Really nice little outfitter - a hidden gem in downtown Gatlinburg. The man who was working was very helpful and enthusiastic (I think he may have been an owner). Prices were great along with great selection. Highly recommend stopping by
