why am i having so much trouble getting my pakages i have tracking that alerts me every scan and it will say out for delivery then 1 hour later say held at customer request now it saying delivered when it has not been this feeds my family why ?????

I have the same problem. Over and over and over again. I too read "strange" responses on my Amazon account that simply are not accurate!
