I was expecting a package postage prepaid and was looking at on the website and stated it was out for delivery and it didn't come the same for 3 days finally on the 4th day I received a notice in the mail that no one was at home. I was there and no one bothered to ring the door bell so I had to pickup the package from the post office. This location is a joke. I will avoid using usps in the future if possible.

These folks are the worst of the worst. First of all they require you to have a mailbox at your property in order to receive parcels at the front door. This is just plain silly I would prefer to maintain a PO Box for mail and my physical address for parcels. I also sent some very important tax documents to my home and made sure that no signature was required. This way the documents would be in my locked mailbox when I arrive here in LHC. However upon my arrival the docs were not in my mailbox. They decided that they would wait and try to deliver this envelope to my front door and hand it to me. I did not ask for this type of service! I made sure that I sent it “no signature required” to eliminate this exact problem. I sent the documents in June and I wasn’t here until September. I simply wish the USPS was run like a business. Down here in LHC it seems like a free-for-all.

Can't pull the box with pills out of the mailbox, the mail carrier pushed the box inside the mailbox instead bring the box to the door. Very bad.

I get the wromg mail too. I complained you should too. I have alot of important mail that has been lost. Because the workers are not paying attention.

I went to the post office and told the girl my situation. Then she filled out a card for me and the other person's mail stopped being delivered. Also, the USPS website has a way to do it in the menu somewhere. I opted for the easy way because I was already in town.
The post office inside Randy's Hilltop is open every day until 8pm, while the main office in town is closed at 5pm weekdays, 1pm on Saturdays, and is closed all day sunday.

You can put in a hold for up to 30 days or redirect your mail with a change of address also called a forward of mail online at usps. com.
