Anybody else by a three pack of oil changes and told you’re “out of luck” because you didn’t use the last one within 18 months? It’s a “use it or lose it” type of system? No reminder no anything. I bought three expecting three.

Hi Breanna. Thank you for the question and your business. Technically the three pack of oil changes are to be used within an 18-month period. However, our service advisor should have taken care of your oil change at no charge regardless. Our service manager will be in touch with you.
