I think they do I'm not real sure about that part but I'm pretty sure they do... are you sure about that Mr Ed my suggestion is that you call Taylor Ford information line or main desk and ask them if they offer loaners outside of your insurance loaner... depending on your vehicle insurance coverage and that would be your responsibility to check with your own company on that end.
Rentals vehicles are available. Which depending on what kind of warranty you have ford may cover the cost of the rental.
No they do not. At least that is what they told me when my car was being repaired there.
