Won't even come to your house if you have materials, was willing to pay a premium. I bet next year when it's slow they will be begging for these jobs.

We are so happy with our newly installed carpet. We went to Joe’s Carpet last Saturday and shared we were needing carpet installed quickly due to the house going on the market soon. On Monday morning their measuring person came over and by that afternoon we had carpet scheduled to be laid out on Thursday ( yesterday ). The crew that came to do the job Sean and Mike were absolutely fantastic. Great customer service oriented. They went above and beyond to ensure we were happy customers. The carpet looks great and I can’t wait to see how the pictures will turn out as I know the space looks awesome now with the amazing job they did. Thank you so much to Kodiak and Austin and specially to Sean and Mike for their awesome job installing and their attention to detail. Highly recommended!!!!

I came in to Joe's with a big ask: I was moving in 3 weeks and wanted my entire house's carpet redone beforehand. They had a ton of products in stock, and the carpet they helped me to pick is great. The installers came to my house 2 days before the move, and worked through midnight to get it done in time. I am very happy with the work done, and would use Joe's Carpet again in the future.

I purchased a kitchen and dining room floor from Joe’s Flooring in Taylor in March 2021. They installed the floor at the end of April. We immediately let them know that we were unhappy because the title was laid incorrectly, and the baseboards were cut crooked. I spoke to Joe directly, and he promised me personally that they would come back and resolve the issue. They sent people out to fix it, and again it was the same issue as before. Joe and Donavon came to my house to see the re-installation. Upon seeing the same problems yet again, Joe promised he would contact the tile manufacturer, agreeing that the floor was unacceptable. Joe never did follow up on any further reconciliation, even after he visited my home a third time. He stood in my kitchen, shaking his head at the shoddy work, and offered me a “couple hundred dollars” to resolve a $4,445 problem. Repeatedly, I gave Joe and his team the opportunity to make the situation right, and he shrugged it off—continuously agreeing that the problem existed, that the floor was incorrect—yet denying to do anything.
