Had to take wife jeep back up there making a terrible sound , after spending 600 on tires 50.00 on new lugs they told me I needed plus a bad TPM sensor which I didn’t have replace , they rebalance the tires now the terrible sound is gone, they stripped out two studs which are going to replace for free Which I have to drive out to Woodhaven garage to have it done they should replaced my one bad sensor to make things right but they didn’t do that will not be going back to this place

Appointments don't matter, you'll still have to wait a half hour to get checked in plus another hour for the work time. Place is horrible.

Didn't balance the tires the first time, took it back to be "balanced", didn't balance again. Had to take it to another shop to be balanced, paid an extra 100 dollars now they are fine. Lost my wheel hub (it fell off by the time I got home) told me they will get me a replacement, now they "have no record of it". They tell me to call them back after making me wait for 3 weeks. I had my tires done last time at discount tire Dearborn, no issues. Just down the road to Dearborn.
