Rolayne, the amount you are seeing on your account is only a pre-authorization amount. It will display as a pending charge. That amount will drop off and the actual amount will post which in your case will be $3.75.I have my phone number posted at every point of sale so please call me with any concern. Most car washes (this one included) put a temporary hold of a higher amount until the charge goes through. Check the charge again in a few days.
