Healing And Recovery
Doctor Todd Shelby should no longer be employed in his position yet he continues to maintain his employment. He is very judgmental of his patients, often judging them on their appearance such as tattoos and piercings. It their past. He has been known to deny medical care to patients because he did not believe them, or assumed them just to be a drug seeker or a hypochondriac. Myself, as well as a few other people that I know have gone to him as a primary care physician only to quickly transfer to somebody else when they realize that 1: he is far too old and forgetful to keep up with his patient patient load and 2: he lets his own beliefs interfere with how he treats his patients. He is one of the worst physicians I've ever gone to.

Just called to check on a prescription refill, the person who answered did not give me a respond and immediately put me on hold, I waited 10 min when they picked back up they hang up on me. The people who are answering phones are very unprofessional.

They do not respect your time. I have been waiting for over an hour and still haven’t been seen. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here. Staff is rude when I asked how much longer.

Waste of time, money, and effort. Kept asking me questions as if I was stupid and I didn't know my own body. Also took my blood to test if I was pregnant which I didn't consent to nor know about until I later sat down with my family doctor and they told me that that's the ONLY thing they tested for. Not diabetes, cancer, anemia, or some other thing; they gave me a a glorified pregnancy test. And instead of giving me actual medicine or testing for the infection (which I told them multiple times that I had), they sent me off with a prescription for what I could have just picked up at the dollar store. Thanks for all the help and the $2k bill. 🤗

No, this clinic is Monday-Friday & part of Saturday
No. There might be one at the health department in clearfield.
When you don't have insurance, they ask you to pay $75 at the time of the visit and then they bill you for the rest.
