How can I get my money back. I used my card soap then rinse about 2-3 minutes. It said 3.75 when I pushed stop. My bank statement just came thru and I was charged 14.75

Rolayne, the amount you are seeing on your account is only a pre-authorization amount. It will display as a pending charge. That amount will drop off and the actual amount will post which in your case will be $3.75.I have my phone number posted at every point of sale so please call me with any concern. Recently (1/7/2020) had car washed at Futura - think I did something wrong 'cuz I got charged for two car washes. I used credit card and then car wash screen came up and asked for which one I wanted then asked to swipe again - oops! -
