Yes they do!!! You an pick out all of your items and they will assemble it all. My son picked out a new skateboard and new wheels with bearings trucks hardware and grip tape they sand it and assemble it all this place is amazing.
I'm pretty sure that they don't. I believe you just buy the parts and assemble them yourself. I'd call and ask just to be sure.
