I went out of my way from nyc to this dealership to come to find out that they’re just another group of unprofessional “business people”. They sugarcoat things and make you believe you’re in the best care until you drive off their lot with a vehicle that they try to charge you more fees than what’s in contract. Their excuse “the company made a mistake”, on top of that they’re taking more than 2 months to deliver plates that should’ve been in my possession at least 2-3 weeks ago. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had in any dealership. Jeff our salesperson who “sells 10 cars a day” (lies) seemed ok at first, he only cared to make the sale. Never responded to our messages or calls when asking where our safe that we paid for is and when asking about the whereabouts for our plates he just gives us the run around. Do your self a favor and stay away from this dealer. You’re better off going a little further down and visiting Taylor Ford where you’ll be treated professionally and like family from before you even enter their dealer to weeks after dealing with them. I’ll be taking this up with Better Business Bureau.
