I saw black RUBBER mulch for sale at the Jackson store. Sam's does sell yard products that are seasonal appropriate. They carry a limited supply and when it's all sold, they do not order more. I have purchased flowers, bulbs, dirt and a lawn mower from there and have been happy with all my purchases. You can purchase liquor (in Michigan) without a membership. This is a good excuse to check out for yourself what Sam's is all about. I love shopping at Sam's.
They do not carry black mulch. As John stated one of the large box stores should have it as long as they have a garden center.
Black mulch is a yard care product, Sam's club is bulk food and seasonal items. Try calling to double check. I'd recommend Home depot, Lowe's, Menards, or Sandy's Landscaping.
