If I'm having to pick up my tickets at Will Call, do I have to wait until the time of the show or are they available beforehand?

Usually that's how will call is handled. They do have an office where you can purchase tickets. You could call and ask if you could pick them up beforehand.

Will call box is open on day of performance for Symphonies and Operas. TN Theater is primarily used for their venue. Usually no one's manning their front box office unless performance is occurring that day. 99% certain, but still best to call!
