They check them each shift whenever they can during that shift and most of the time it is jammed, and the system doesn't tell them. So i apologize that you have such a small inconvenience. And Eric, sir, you may have misheard that person but it is the company policy that it does not matter if you are their own parent/grandparent. They HAVE to ID you. And they cannot sell alcohol from 3am-6am, that is state policy. And mind you, most 3rd shift people get the worst customers since they usually get drunks or drug addicts that verbally assault them so they're not always going to be in a happy mood. I came in on more than one occasion that ive seen that happen. Alsooooo, Jerrold is right , there is only one person to deal with the ENTIRE STORE. They cant get to everything immediately and its their right to get a small break.
I believe you can also just walk inside and get a copy if the paper is empty at the pump.
This store sucks. The people that work there are rude and they have ridiculous alcohol policy that they claim are state laws and they are not
At 3 am there is only 1 employee so receipt paper is not priority. Toilet paper ,personal security, store security, and internal cleanlyness of the establishment are. Put on your big person pants and go get a copy inside like a normal responsible adult. They have enough to deal with w/o your slight inconvience of a little piece of paper. All at mim. wage.
