Glad they are enforcing "Oak Ridge only" we all know contractors were abusing this place terribly. Staff is OK, some help, some don't. Some yell, most don't. Given the fact that the employees could probably make more sitting home and collecting money I suppose I am thankful the joints even open. They could use better signage and traffic procedures but if that means higher fees then forget about it.

They didnt pu k up trash for 2 weeks, yhen only took 1 can. Firr three weeks garbage??? Upon calling customer service they refused to correct issue. Ill never pay yhrm for any service.

Oak ridge residents only and must be on your license
Large articles such as appliances & furniture must be advised by staff. Recyclables go in the big blue bins at the top of the hill away from the warehouse.
The location is "restricted" to Oak Ridge residents because it comes out of their taxes, but as long as you respect the people & place, anyone is welcome
If the trash can is full can you put excess trash bags outside next to trash can

Yes. I know there are cardboard and can recycling bins. Not sure if they have glass bins anymore.

I recently moved into The Preserve in the far west end of Oak RIdge. I have 2 recycling bins at my resident and only need one. I would like to return one or give it to someone that needs it. What is the policy on managing your recycling bins.
