Update!!! Been a week and my package is still not been mailed! He read this and never shipped them! It was and is the worst customer service anywhere! First of all several times they have left package on floor lost them one time for a month. I will never go there again. The other across from hospital is soooooo much nicer! The man was rude to point of aggression! Just because I had 3 packages but on my slip it said two so I spoke up! He snapped! Just because I asked him so I took the took the other one with me we had several problems to be treated in this manner is so wrong they are not the only place to ship! Don't go here unless you like getting your head torn off by Mr Steroids himself!

Went to send a pkg thru the ups store in oak ridge TN, I was smiling and all kinds of nice…the lady behind the counter was short, cut me off and quite rude! I asked if the recipients name was spelled correctly in the system since it’s on file and the clerk said the spelling doesn’t matter. Yes, yes it does. After the transaction was almost over I started to say I hope you have a better day, and again she cut me off. Honestly if you’re having a bad day don’t take it out on customers.You my dear should not be working customer service with the rude behavior you displayed! Don’t go there!

They will give you a receipt with the tracking number on it and you can go to their website and track your package.

I answered my own question and will share the answer in case anyone else is looking for a place to mail all packages. FedEx packages are not excepted from here as i can tell from website. Mail Center Etc excepts all three major carriers though
International shipping services are available and to specifically find out shipping information for that site or any other I'd contact the store itself. This is more a community answer and helping others out more so than businesses replying to questions so I recommend for anyone to contact business for specific questions lke this
Posting your complaint here probably isn't going to help you because it's for community use. I hope you got it resolved by now. Shipping packages with a tracking number with or without insurance are easy to track to a point.The problem is if they were delivered without the option to have sign for delivery and the packages were left and someone took them. The store nor delivery service is responsible because you have the option to purchase insurance, have package signed for and handed to someone and tracking number to keep track of package. If those options are declined and packages are lost theu dont have any liability. I learned that lesson with a $50 North face jacket i sold and sent it regular mail with no insurance and no sign on delivery and it never made it to the person. It was nothing i could do about it either so I learned to make all the precautions. Ive shipped 30+ since and never had a problem. I use that store all the time
