Yes people take dogs down there all the time I've never seen a law enforcement officer there to enforce many laws so you can pretty much do what you want within reason and try to be respectful to others I bring my kids down there so I would like as much respect for the little ones as possible
Yes they are, and technically they are to be leashed, but it is not a policy that is really enforced. I take my dog all the time and let her off leash and have never had a problem.

Is there a beach type area there? Me and my dogs wanna go swim but they are 3#, 20 & 72# so not all are wanting to make any big waves
