This is the worst place to get a animal from! I bought a dog from here that has kennel cough which btw is contagious. I was not warned about it and i have 2 other dogs now my other dog has it and they want to say is she wasnt showin,signs wen she was

Unfortunately this is a common problem in humane societies. Once treated it's fine.

We got a dog there with kennel cough but they took care of it free of charge. Its very common

When you adopt an animal from the Humane Society you have a 14 day window to get them seen by a vet free of charge. If you follow through with that and then the vet discovers there is a kennel cough or other problem that was caused from the kennel the Humane Society will then cover the medication for free. I had this very thing happen with a cat I adopted 2 years ago. If you do your due diligence, all will be well.

My new dog went to the vet for the two week visit and she is fine now. Didn't your other dogs have their vaccinations?
