Does anyone do temporary fostering? I am having 2 major surgeries in 2 weeks and need to Foster my dog for a month or so.....

I know there is very big program for animals that the Humane Society rescues and then gives them to fosters until they can be adopted. I'm not sure if you can bring in you own dog and ask for a foster, it how much that would cost. My guess it's that they would offer you suggestions of places to board your dog while you recover. There are a lot of places that offer different things for the animal (watching Animal Planet, kitty condos with views of bird feeders and butterfly gardens, etc) and prices are all over the board There are also private groups and companies that your can find online that offer services like what you have described.

I'm not really sure. If you can call them they would be able to let you know. You could also ask your vet.
