It says that Toledo humaine society is making it a top priority to stop animal abuse while I got a damn dog locked in the house next door from me barking for dear life in the heat left for months and not even being let out it's been over a year

Is the Toledo Humane Society aware of this case? Have you contacted them about this incident? I'm sure it's very difficult to address claims of animal abuse if you aren't aware it is happening. If you have, can you show proof of the actions they did or did not take to resolve the issue?
