I have 2 cats now 5 1/2 yo from the toledo humane society. I am so allergic to them that I’ve been told by physician that I can no longer live with them. Can they be returned to the humane society or some other place? Thank you.

Who do I call to report a case of neglect? These people have 4 cats. One of them is kept in a separate room away from the others. Its never let out of that room. It has seizures and urinates all over herself.
