If they come sealed in mylar, leave them sealed, if in a paper packet put the packets in a zip lock. You can dramatically extend the germination rates of seeds by storing in your freezer. Hope that helps.
In their original packaging in a cool, dry place. I have mine in a recipe card box in a kitchen drawer. You can also put them into binders in card sleeves. My bulk seeds go into nut/bolt storage containers from the hardware store.
