Fantastic. Highly recommend if you like clean-eating, flavorful food, thoughtful and a plethora of cruel-free dishes and dessert. They do have local egg ingredients, all natural bison and wild alaskan salmon on the menu for the meat eaters if that suits your fancy. Lovely atmosphere, delicate service and deliciously crafted dishes. Favorite vegan restaurant in the valley.

Since we only get to come once in a blue moon (living in Pennsylvania), I bask in Omar's culinary brilliance and use many of his unique and delicious method for preparing food at home. His food is prepared for optimal taste and nutrition and is unlike any other. Don't come expecting standard (dead) restaurant fare. Come to be fed and healed in so many ways. Hat's off to a courageous restauranteur with an unmatched depth of skill and knowledge. Really enjoy the Facebook stories. All the best from the woods of central Pennsylvania.
