I have health insurance through my job, but I have to have surgery & I will not be getting paid while I'm off, I was wondering if you offer any kind of help for situations like these?

I don't work there but I do know you can get insurance temporarily while you're not getting paid the problem is you have to wait until that unpaid leave starts. And then turn in all of your paperwork. They might be able to get you started with emergency medical insurance if not Medicaid Insurance should back pay up to 3 months at least that's my experience.
