Why does NetPlus never answer the phones from 8am to 9 am, then again 3pm to 4pm close? It's with all days. Someone just told me the 2 NetPlus men were gone at 3:36pm. But the message says they are open til 4pm.

It gives them time to go over previous days work/messages in AM. Finish 3PM calls, leave notes for next day.
